Myth essay

It is the study of sacred tales of culture which we called ‘Myths’. Myths are supposed to be real stories and they are usually observed as truthful explanations of history. Myths passed from one generation to other and can be grown to take several versions and diverse stories.

These myths included: “The Song of Creation” from the Rig Veda, An African Creation Tale, From the Popol Vuh, and A Native American Creation Tale “How Man Was Created” Each one of these legends gives a diverse perspective on the creation All throughout ancient cultures, there are stories, legends, and myths.

Myths tell of the origins and history of the world and the creation of the first human beings. They also prescribe the rules of proper conduct and articulate the ethical and moral principles of society... Religious stories also can be told in art, music, and dance” (Stein & Stein, p. 29).
