Class president graduation speech examples

Many of them — valedictorians, class presidents and others — talked about their hopes and dreams in the speeches they made at graduation. This year, the NPR Ed team — and member stations across the country — traveled throughout the U.S. to hear those speeches from the final moments of high school. Here's what some of them had to say.

The good news is that there are a lot of graduation speech examples which you can use as a reference. Writing a graduation speech doesn’t have to be a difficult task. As long as you have an idea of what to write and you know what you want to say to the graduating class, the words will start flowing from your mind.

2 Write down ways you and the class president have listened to the student body and how your plans for the future reflect those needs. Write down how you plan to accomplish those needs. 3 Greet your audience. Begin with, "Good Morning," or, "Good Afternoon." 4 Start your speech on a positive note.
